Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1st, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Izometrix ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use izometrix.com and the Izometrix service (the "Service"). Izometrix is a web app that turns text prompts and 3D scene screenshots into photorealistic architectural renders using AI.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you set a password, an encrypted form of that password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google (see "Google User Data" below). You may add a display name and avatar in your profile settings.

Content you provide

To generate renders, you submit content such as text prompts, 3D scene screenshots and other images you upload, brush selections for edits, and style descriptions or reference images. We store this content and the renders we generate from it in your account so you can revisit, edit, and download them.

Billing information

Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment details; we do not store full payment card numbers. We keep records of your plan, credit balance, and transaction history to operate your account.

Usage and device data

We collect limited technical information needed to run the Service reliably and securely, such as log data, device and browser information, and IP address. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences.

How We Use Your Information

  • To create, authenticate, and secure your account.
  • To provide the Service: generate, store, and let you download your renders, projects, and styles.
  • To process payments and manage your credits and plan.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
  • To maintain and improve the Service and comply with legal obligations.

Google User Data

If you choose "Sign in with Google," we use Google OAuth solely to authenticate you and create or access your Izometrix account. We request only your basic profile information: your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any other Google service, and we never post to your Google account.

We use this information only to identify your account, display your name and avatar in the app, and send account-related communications. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Izometrix's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can review or revoke Izometrix's access at any time in your Google Account permissions.

AI Processing of Your Content

To produce a render, your prompt and any images you attach are sent to our AI providers, currently Google (Gemini image models) and OpenAI (GPT Image models). These providers process your content only to generate the requested output and return it to us. Their handling of that data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not use your prompts, uploads, or renders to train our own AI models, and we do not sell your content.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and only as needed for them to perform their function:

  • Supabase — authentication and database/file storage for your account, projects, uploads, and renders.
  • Vercel — hosting and delivery of the Service.
  • Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions and credit purchases.
  • Google and OpenAI — AI image generation, as described above.

We may also disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our terms, protect the rights and safety of our users and others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Data Retention

We keep your account information, projects, uploads, and renders for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete content or your account, we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, tax, or security obligations.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls that scope your data to your account. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can:

  • Update your profile and default settings in your account settings.
  • Delete individual renders, uploads, and projects.
  • Revoke Google sign-in access from your Google Account permissions.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process and store your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
